I received my order quickly, thank you. It was nice receiving the enclosd boxes as well, as these were Christmas presents. I was surprised at the packaging. I know it was to keep the mugs safe. however, I would think that a softer material (tissue or bubblewrap) around the mugs first would be nice, to protect the mug.
