Are Dunoon mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
All our mugs are dishwasher safe, however the decorative colours will eventually fade over a long period of time due to the caustic nature of dishwasher detergents, particularly if the mug has 22 carat gold on.
Our mugs are safe to use in a microwave, providing the decoration does not contain metals such as 22 carat gold or silver.

Will my payment details be secure?
We do not have access to any of your personal card details. All payments are run through Paypal or if you are paying with your credit card through STRIPE's secure payment gateway.
What can I do if my mug arrives broken?
If you have received a broken mug, please contact us within 14 days with a photo. Once we have clearly identified which items are broken or damaged, we will send you out a replacement or give you a full refund.
What do I do if the mug I receive is incorrect?
If you have recieved the wrong mug please contact us within 14 days, we will need you to send a photo of the item you have received and quote your order number. We will supply you with instructions to return the incorrect item and send out the replacement immediately or issue you with a refund.
